It was my pleasure to cover an event for honoring Maharashtra chief minister Mr. Devendra-ji Fadnavis at Taj-piers, New York. The event was organized by “Friends of Maharashtra” ( represented many organizations from Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia.)
Mr Devendra-ji arrived in the USA with a strong message from India’s Prime minister Mr Narendra-ji Modi. He emphasized on cutting red tape for Manufacturing, tourism, hotels, food as well as many other industries. He promised that his team is available 365 days a year to provide help on a priority basis. His government is ready to provide non-stop supply of Water, Electricity, well-educated workforce and the infrastructure for “make in Maharashtra” movement. To make his point he gave couple of example of recent red-tape related issues and how his team has resolved them promptly. Also his point was well supported and echoed by Maharashtra Industry minister Mr. Subhash-ji Desai.
